Primero lo primero

Primero Mordor, y luego Rivendel...

Leonard Cohen First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin.
They sentenced me to twenty years of boredom for trying to change the system from within. I'm coming now, I'm coming to reward them. First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin.

I'm guided by a signal in the heavens. I'm guided by the birthmark on my skin. I'm guided by the beauty of our weapons. First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin.

I'd really like to live beside you, baby. I love your body and your spirit and your clothes. But you see that line that's moving through the station? I told you, I told you, told you that I was one of those.

You loved me as a loser, but now you're worried that I just might win. You know the way to stop me, but you don't have the discipline. How many nights I prayed for this, to let my work begin. First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin.

I don't like your fashion business, mister. I don't like these drugs that keep you thin. I don't like what happened to my sister. First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin.

I'd really like to live beside you, baby. I love your body and your spirit and your clothes. But you see that line that's moving through the station? I told you, I told you, told you that I was one of those.

And I thank you for the items that you sent me: the monkey and the plywood violin. I practised every night now I'm ready. First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin.

Remember me? I used to live for music. Remember me? I brought your groceries in. It's Father's Day, and everybody's wounded. First we take Manhattan, then we take Berlin.

¡Aaahhh! ¡Más! ¡Más! ¡Aaahh!

Se te escapaban los gritos...

Rebel yell
Billy Idol

Last night a little dancer came dancin' to my door
Last night my little angel came pumpin' on the floor
She said, come on, baby, I got a license for love
And if it expires, pray help from above

Because in the midnight hour, she cried more, more, more
With a rebel yell, she cried more, more, more
In the midnight hour, baby, more, more, more
With a rebel yel, she cried more, more, more

She don't like slavery, she won't sit and beg
But when I'm tired and lonely, she sees me to bed
What set you free and brought you to me, baby
What set you free, I need you here by me

Because in the midnight hour, she cried more, more, more
With a rebel yell, she cried more, more, more
In the midnight hour, baby, more, more, more
With a rebel yel, she cried more, more, more

He lives in his own heaven
Collects it to go from 7-11
Well, he's out all night to collect a fare
Just as long, just as long it don't mess up his hair
I walked the walls for you babe
A thousand miles for you
I dried your tears of pain
1000000 times for you
I'd sell my soul for you, babe
For money to burn just for you
I'd give you all and have none, babe
Just-a-just-a-just-a-just-a to have you here by me

Because in the midnight hour, she cried more, more, more
With a rebel yell, she cried more, more, more
In the midnight hour, baby, more, more, more
With a rebel yel more, more, more

Pásale a lo oscurito...

Jam And Spoon Right In The Night lyrics
Right In The Night Polyphonic Ringtone

Right In The Night
Right In The Night
Right In The Night You'll Find
That If You Want To Fall In Love You'll Fall In Love

Right In The Night
Right In The Night Sweet Thing Is What You'll Get
When You Fall In Love, You Fall In Love

Fall In Love With Music, Fall In Love With Dance
Fall In Love With Anything That Makes You Want Romance
Make A Little Softer On The Way That You Go
Just Think That Everything You Touch Could Turn To Gold

Fall In Love With Everything That You Would Love To Love
You Know That Laughter Is A Kind Form To Wake You Up
So Don't Make Me Feel Unpleasant Like You Do
You Know That Everything Will Fall Right Back On You

So Fall In Love With Everything, Fall In Love With Life
Forget About Your Troubles And Be A Little Nice
You Will Not See Me If You Don't Want To Look
Just Come And Get Me In My Big Big Bed Of Love
Big Big Bed Of Love

Right In The Night
Right In The Night
Right In The Night You'll Find
That If You Want To Fall In Love You'll Fall In Love

Right In The Night
Right In The Night Sweet Thing Is What You'll Get
When You Fall In Love, You Fall In Love

So Fall In Love With Stories If Fairy Tales Are True
Innocence Is Part Of What You're Losin' With Your Youth
Show A Little Confidence, Show A Little Class
Don't Kiss The Past, The Past Ain't Gonna Last

Just Fall In Love With Passion, Fall In Love With Lust
Fall In Love With All The Things You're Always Dreaming Of
Fall In Love With Music And You Will Get By

Right In The Night
Right In The Night
Right In The Night You'll Find
That If You Want To Fall In Love You'll Fall In Love

Right In The Night
Right In The Night Sweet Thing Is What You'll Get
When You Fall In Love, You'll Fall In Love

¿Angel o demonio?

C´est la meme chose!

The Beatles (a song by Ricky Dee)
She´s got the devil in her heart

She's got the devil in her heart
But her eyes they tantalize
She's gonna tear your heart apart
oh her lips are really thrilling

I'll take my chances
for romance is
So important to me
She'll never hurt me
she won't desert me
she's an angel sent to me

She's got the devil in her heart
no, this I can't believe
She's gonna tear your heart apart
no, no nay will she deceive

I can't believe that she'll ever ever go
Not when she hugs and says she loves me so
She'll never hurt em
she won't desert me
listen can't you see

She's got the devil in her heart
oh, no, no, no, this I can't believe
She's gonna tear your heart apart
no no nay will she deceive

Don't take chances if your romance is
So important to you
She'll never hurt me
She won't desert me
she's an angel sent to me

She's got the devil in her heart
oh, no, no, no, no this I can't believe
She's gonna tear your heart apart
no, no nay will she deceive

She's got the devil in her heart
No she's an angel sent to me
She's got the devil in her heart
No she's an angel sent to me

Spring

Copyright Carlos Vidali Rebolledo

¡Luminoso azul violáceo
celeste violeta claro
pálido lila rosado!
Parece que toda la vida he esperado
ver un color imposible
que adivino a penas
en el entramado mágico
del arcoiris esquivo.

A pesar de haber caminado
Sobre sus portentosas raíces
En todo lo que va del año
viéndolas romper el concreto
Que las busca aprisionar,
--Monstruos grisáceos y estoicos---
No podía imaginar
que en la cálida primavera
coronarían su melena
Con el color imposible
¡Las jacarandas en flor!

¿¡Te rindes, te rindes?!

No te queda de otra...

Missing Persons - Surrender Your Heart
(Bozzio/Bozzio/Cuccurullo/O'Hearn)

It's not my imagination
It's a no win situation
There's no way to get away from
>From my love

I've got you cornered with my devotion
I've got you captured by emotion
It's impossible to go on
Without love

Surrender your heart to me
Surrender your heart to me
Surrender your heart why can't you see
It's the only way that it can be
Surrender your heart I don't know why
But you never give in to me

My decision is a strong one
And I know that I can hold on
How much longer can you go on
Without love

¿A dónde a dónde?

Pus quién sabe...

Missing Persons
Destination Unknown

Life is so strange
When you don't know
How can you tell
Where you're going to?
You can't be sure of any situation
something could change
and then you won't know

Where do we go from here?
It seems so all too near
Just as far beyond as i can see
I still don't know what this all means to me

I don't know where to go
I don't know what to do
And i don't even know the time of day
I guess it doesn't matter anyway

life is so strange
Destination unknown
When you don't know
your destination
Something could change
It's unknown
and then you won't know
Destination Unknown

When will my time come?
Has it all been said and done?
I know i'll leave when it's my time to go
Til then i'll carry on with what i know

life is so strange
Destination unknown
When you don't know
your destination
Something could change
It's unknown
and then you won't know
Destination Unknown

Life is so strange

Ottobre, novembre, dicembre, genaio, frebraio, marzo...

But when the melancholy fit shall fall
Sudden from heaven like a weeping cloud,
That fosters the droop-headed flowers all,
And hides the green hill in an April shroud;
Then glut thy sorrow on a morning rose, 15
Or on the rainbow of the salt sand-wave,
Or on the wealth of globèd peonies;
Or if thy mistress some rich anger shows,
Emprison her soft hand, and let her rave,
And feed deep, deep upon her peerless eyes.
John Keats, Ode on Melancholy

Lucio Dalla - Malinconia D'ottobre (click to watch video)
Album: Il Contrario Di Me
Year: 2007

Malinconia d'ottobre
per tutto quello che non ho.
un cane passa, piscia e ride e aspetta insieme a me
"rassegnati, rilassati
e non pensare più a lei,
abituati, prova a convincerti
che non c'è solo lei"
nel centro di Lisbona,
seduta al tavolo di un bar,
c'è la statua di Pessoa
che sembra li proprio per me

Copyright Carlos Vidali Rebolledo
